The University of Ottawa Student Union is excited to launch our funds and scholarship program! The funds and scholarships program is here to provide financial aid to all undergraduate students at the University of Ottawa. There is $100 000 allocated for the program that will be split through many different bursaries and scholarships. If you have any questions or need help, please feel free to contact us at funds@seuo-uosu.com
Thank you for your interest in the funds and scholarships. We know that you have a lot of questions regarding the application process.
Please note that eligibility is based on identification. You need to explain why you fall under the category you are applying for (e.g. being an international student, Indigenous student, etc.)
Then please write a brief paragraph to explain your situation or status as to why you need the bursary or funds.
For the required documents, our team will reach out to you during the assessment process if we need further information.
We will provide more detailed information on our website as soon as possible.
We will carefully assess each application based on the identification and situation of the applicant.
Scholarship and funds opportunities are limited and highly competitive. Therefore, we encourage everyone to only apply for the category that best fits your situation, as to ensure that the scholarships and funds be granted in fairness to the students that need it the most.
