Bilingualism

Our mandate

• Equity of use of Canada’s official languages on campus
• Advocate for their use in all aspects of student life
•Raise awareness on linguistic duality and relevant available resources

What we do:

• Plan events and activities for students
• Work with clubs and student governments to make their activities bilingual
• Provide tutoring and discussion groups in both French and English for students
• Provide general information on bilingualism at the University of Ottawa

Our mission:

• Raising awareness, knowledge and support for bilingualism among the student population.
