The Club Administration Service (CAS) Office at the University of Ottawa is the central hub for all undergraduate student clubs and associations affiliated with the University of Ottawa Students’ Union (UOSU). We provide comprehensive support to over 300 undergraduate clubs, offering resources, guidance, and opportunities to ensure the successful operation and growth of each club.
We manage the registration and renewal process for all student clubs, ensuring compliance with UOSU policies and helping clubs maintain their recognized status.
CAS oversees the distribution of funding, assisting clubs in applying for financial support and ensuring that funds are allocated effectively to enhance club activities.
We facilitate the booking of rooms and spaces on campus for club meetings, events, and activities, making it easier for clubs to host successful events. Additionally, help student groups to access AV services.
Held at the start of each semester, the Club Fair is a major event where students can explore and join various clubs on campus. This is an excellent opportunity for clubs to showcase their activities and attract new members.
Our annual Club Conference brings together club leaders to share best practices, network, and learn from experts on topics such as leadership, event planning, and funding strategies.
The CAS office is a welcoming space where club leaders can seek advice, access resources, and connect with fellow student organizations.
