We are excited to announce that the Student Rights Centre (SRC) is becoming more efficient and accessible, thanks to our new PORTAL! This streamlined system will make it easier for you to get the help you need, when you need it.

What is the Students Rights Centre?

The Student Rights Centre (SRC) is a dedicated service provided by the University of Ottawa Students’ Union (UOSU) for all undergraduate students. We’re here to ensure your rights are respected and guide you through university regulations and processes. At the SRC, we offer personalized support to students facing challenges with university administration or seeking clarity on their human rights. Whether it’s helping you navigate appeals, file formal or informal complaints, or understand the rules and procedures, we’ve got your back!

Here’s how it works:

1. Create your profile at www.cde-src.ca
2. Navigate to "Student Rights Centre" at the top left and click on “Submit a new request”
3. Submit your case, and we will take it from there!

Important Note for Students with Existing Cases:

If you have an ongoing case, please reach out to your assigned advocate to discuss how best to transition to the Portal. Regardless of your case status, all students must create a profile to use our new system.
